Job Responsibilities:
Supplier Communication:
Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues or discrepancies.
Purchase Order Management:
Creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Negotiation Support
: Assisting in negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers.
General AdministrativeSupport:
Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
Documents Management:
Preparing and managing procurement- related documents, such as contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
Coordination:
Working with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
Coordinate overseas shipping arrangements and monitor Shipments Progress.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
We are a group of vertically integrated companies headquartered in Singapore involved in product design, research and development, market development and manufacturing in the B2B and B2C space. Spanning over 50,000m2, our combined manufacturing facilities are spread across Singapore and Asia. Our markets include Singapore, Asia Pacific and North America.
