Responsibilities

• Verify documents for completeness, authenticity, and possible forgery.
• Cross-check work pass application details against supporting documents and relevant portals.
• Record discrepancies, update applicant/transaction records, and arrange documents where required.
• Contact applicants for clarification or missing/incorrect documents.
• Conduct interviews for suspected forged documents and escalate non-standard cases.
• Supervisors oversee operations, guide staff, handle complex cases, and monitor quality/KPIs.
• Support training, system testing, audits, reporting, process improvement, and information security compliance.

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Meticulous with good communication and computer skills.

• Strong supervisory, operational, IT, and communication skills.
