JOB PURPOSE (Why the position exists)
Control all project documents, drawings, correspondence, registers, transmittals, review status and final dossiers so that the project has a reliable single source of truth and auditable handover.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Establish the document-control procedure, numbering rules, metadata and Master Document Register.
- Maintain controlled workpacks, drawings, specifications, vendor data, reports, certificates and correspondence.
- Issue and record transmittals and track review, comment, approval and overdue status.
- Control revisions and prevent superseded documents from being used in the field.
- Maintain technical queries, deviations, concessions, MOC, vendor and Class submission registers.
- Support daily site records, progress photographs and inspection documentation.
- Coordinate final redlines, as-built drawings, OEM manuals, software backups, test packs and certificates.
- Structure SharePoint or EDMS folders and permissions to support efficient retrieval and audit.
- Provide document-status dashboards and chase overdue deliverables.
- Compile and index final handover dossiers by workpack and system.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
Diploma or degree in information management, engineering support, business administration or equivalent.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years in EPC, shipyard, offshore or major-project document control.

Pay: Up to $7,000.00 per month
