Job Summary

We are seeking a F&B Accounts Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and transaction management within a growing F&B business. This role suits fresh graduates or those with about 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Process invoices, bills, receipts, and payments to maintain accurate financial records

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely transactions

Perform data entry and reconcile bank, credit card, and payment platform transactions for accuracy

Verify invoices and supporting documents to prevent errors and discrepancies

Track supplier invoices and outstanding payments to maintain up-to-date accounts

Assist with month-end closing activities to support financial reporting

Maintain organized filing and documentation of financial records for easy retrieval

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues promptly

Support payroll-related accounting and administrative tasks to ensure accurate employee compensation

Monitor and reconcile daily sales and payment records from outlets to ensure data integrity

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records to maintain accuracy

Prepare basic accounting reports and schedules as required to support management decisions

Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Approximately 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience is advantageous

Prior experience in the F&B industry is an advantage but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software to efficiently manage financial data

Good understanding of basic accounting principles to perform core accounting tasks

Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately

Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure error-free financial records

Organized and responsible with the ability to meet deadlines consistently

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and suppliers

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals

Salary range: $2,700 – $3,200/month, depending on experience
