Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design coordination and site execution for large-scale projects.

Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and architectural deliverables.

Review designs, shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/architectural issues.

Handle QM/PQP, RFI/RFA, Method Statements, DfS, and CONQUAS.

Guide junior staff and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

10–15 years of architectural/design management experience in Singapore.

A1 Main Contractor and large-scale project experience preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
