Job Responsibilities

Ensure a smooth operation of the daily accounting functions and reconciliation of necessary transactions;

Maintain proper accounting records and procedures;

Properly manage the Account Payable and Account Receivable transactions;

Manage all financial reporting, including but not limited to Month-end closing / financial reporting /profit and loss report / aging report / budget report;

Manage the financial control of the College, and to closely monitor the budget cost spending of the College;

Provide proactive recommendations to improve operational workflows, internal controls, policies, guidelines and financial processes from both Finance Office and user-department perspectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;

Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese. Native Mandarin is a must;

5-year or above relevant working experience with professional qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, etc.);

Good management and leadership skills potential;

Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

Short notice is highly preferred.
