Production Worker – Poultry Processing

Job Summary

Perform essential poultry processing tasks including gizzard separation, label tagging, and feet skin removal in a chilled environment to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

Remove and process gizzards carefully during evisceration to maintain product quality

Apply accurate product labels to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance

Perform manual or semi-automated removal of chicken feet skin for further processing

Work effectively in chilled factory conditions to uphold food safety standards

Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and product standards

Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks to ensure consistent output

Required competencies and certifications

Physically fit to perform repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently

Able to work comfortably in cold environments to meet food safety requirements
