Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Delivery Engineer / Technical Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on MS Dynamics 365 Delivery Engineer / Technical Consultant with strong experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, delivery-focused, and comfortable working closely with functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders.

This role is suited for someone who can own technical delivery, troubleshoot issues, participate in implementations, and translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 solutions. This is not an architect-level role; strong hands-on delivery experience is more important.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across implementation and enhancement projects.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Work on integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications/systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, Azure services, and middleware.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in data migration, system integrations, configuration, and environment management.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Identify technical issues during project delivery and provide practical solutions within timelines.
• Follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development best practices.

Required Skills

• Min 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
• Good knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 plugins.
• Experience with custom workflows, business rules, custom APIs, integrations, and web resources.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and system integrations.
• Experience working with Azure or other integration technologies is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/project delivery environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
