HIRING: PROJECT SUPERVISOR – CONSTRUCTION

We are looking for a
Project Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and according to project requirements and timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site operations.
Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project parties.
Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site procedures.
Monitor manpower, materials and equipment required for the project.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.
Prepare site progress updates and report project matters to management.
Ensure the project site is properly organised and maintained.
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to lead workers and subcontractors effectively.
Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
