SCOOP (SG) is a youth-focused organization dedicated to helping young people build the confidence, skills, and opportunities needed to succeed in meaningful work.

At SCOOP, we believe every young person deserves the confidence, skills and opportunities to thrive in meaningful work. We work with employers, educators and community partners to create Job Tasters, workshops and experiential learning programmes that gives youths real exposure to different careers and industries.

We’re looking for a Programmes Associate to help design and deliver these experiences. This is a hands-on role that combines programme design, stakeholder management and operations. You’ll work closely with employers and partners to develop meaningful career exploration programmes, oversee their delivery with our Events team – not just how they’re run, but how they’re designed, improved and scaled over time.

You’ll take ownership of programmes from concept to delivery – working closely with partners, refining programme design, and ensuring every experience creates real value for the youths we serve. Find out more here: https://scoops.sg/
