About the Role



We are seeking a talented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at ONE ENGINEERS PTE LTD'. As a full-time role based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region, this position will play a vital part in supporting our Accounting operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.




What You'll Be Doing


Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
Provide support with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of accounting tasks
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures


What We're Looking For


Relevant qualification or experience in Accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
