Position :  Inside Sales Support - Logistics Coordinator

Subject             : Job Descriptions

-         Processing of sales orders, purchase order and invoicing via Microsoft Business Central

-         Follow-up orders with customer and supplier

-         Manage and expedite delivery schedules with supplier

-         Arrange import and export shipments with customer and supplier

-         Prepare shipment and delivery documents

-         Prepare weekly/monthly project delivery status report to customer

-         Assisting with project documentation management

-         Assisting with vendor pre-qualification when necessary

-         Sales related administration

-         Perform adequately for any other ad-hoc duties & sales related support assigned by your superior

Requirements:

-         At least 2 years relevant work experience in order processing and customer service, preferably in Oil & Gas sector but not essential

-         With or similar industry background will be preferred.

-         Good administration skills

-         Well organized and able to multi-task

-         Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power point etc)

-         Able to work in fast pace environment and under pressure. Willingness to learn.
