The Role Here's what you'll be doing day to day:

• Drive sales performance and hit targets across your assigned territory
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
• Plan and manage regular customer visits, logging all activity accurately in Salesforce
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to retain, develop, and grow existing accounts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new growth opportunities

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 1 year's hands-on experience in a sales, business development, or account management capacity
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a welcome advantage
• A valid driving licence and the willingness to travel regularly within your territory
• A self-motivated, proactive approach with a clear focus on results
