Who We're Looking

For While a background in business or finance is a plus, we prioritize drive, resilience, and a strong professional work ethic.

- Degree qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher) from a recognized institution

- High level of personal integrity, accountability, and self-motivation

- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term client relationships

- Growth mindset with a readiness to complete mandatory industry licensing examinations

- Desire to transition out of traditional corporate roles into an entrepreneurial career

• No prior financial advisory experience required — full sponsorship for industry examinations and structured onboarding provided
