Full Time Customer Service Jobs, in Build Ant Design Sdn Bhd George Town - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

 1. Professionally welcome clients, visitors and suppliers; answer basic interior design inquiries and direct to relevant designers or meeting rooms

​2. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp and emails, record information, reply to service, appointment and project progress inquiries, and forward important messages to the team

​3. Schedule and manage appointments between clients and designers, prepare meeting rooms for discussions/presentations and send appointment reminders

​4. Follow up on client appointments and project progress, ensure a comfortable client experience, and maintain a tidy front desk and office area

​5. Cooperate with designers, project managers and contractors; receive design-related deliveries and samples, and organize the exhibition hall

Job Requirements:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in multi-lingual conversations.

2. Familiar with social media ads, able to handle enquiry leads from social platforms

3. ​Friendly, professional and presentable personality, with a strong customer service mindset

4. ​Basic administrative and organizational abilities, meticulous in work and able to multitask efficiently

5. ​Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

6. ​Strong pressure resistance and a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred:

1. Hands-on experience in customer service, social media ad operation or lead follow-up

2. Client-facing experience in interior design, architecture or exhibition showrooms

3. Understand local Malaysian business manners and client communication customs
