We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities within our organisation. This role is essential in ensuring smooth execution of business processes, staff management, and operational efficiency in the general wholesale trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Lead, guide, and schedule team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Act as the key liaison between management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and reporting.
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure all operations adhere to safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in inventory management, stock coordination, and logistics support as required.
Prepare regular operational reports and updates for management review.
Resolve operational issues promptly and implement improvement measures where necessary.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with wholesale trade operations is an advantage.
