Job Description

• Manage daily M&E operations at site.
• Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural works.
• Monitors M & E work programs and quality control.
• Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M & E works.
• Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
• Liaises with M & E sub-contractors and to close-up all internal and external NSRs.
• Prepares M & E progress report and Site Diary.
• Prepares all M & E correspondences and minutes of M&E coordination meeting.
• Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
• Arranges for testing and commissioning and handing over of all M&E works.
• Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M & E works.
• Checks and verifies M & E contractor monthly progress claim.
• Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.
• To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
• Working location at Medini Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.

Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
