岗位职责

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, maximize machinery throughput, and ensure optimal manpower allocation across shifts.
Monitor machine performance and output quality. Identify bottlenecks, minimize scrap/material wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, train, and supervise technicians and general operators. Foster a culture of discipline, high productivity, and accountability on the shop floor.
Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance/Control team to ensure finished products adhere strictly to industry standards and company quality specifications.
Enforce workplace safety regulations, HIRADC, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe, hazard-free plant environment.
Work with the engineering and maintenance teams to schedule routine servicing and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.
Track daily production output, scrap rates, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); prepare accurate operational reports for management review.
