岗位职责
Job Description & Requirements
1) To source for quotations from specialists/ sub-contractors/ suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts.
2) To prepare payment response to the subcontractors’ monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors’ progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts.
3) To administer contracts of all values and ensure that they are completed within budget.
4) To ensure proper documentation of all records.
5) To review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications.
6) To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements.
7) To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers.
8) To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues.
9) Document control skill required
10) Site work not necessary
Requirements:
1) Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent or Above
2) Min 1 years working experience in Singapore Construction Sector
3) Willing to work 5.5 working days
