The objective is to augment the team with a Full Stack Engineer (Consultant) to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of systems through leveraging AI-assisted development practices to enhance productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

Which involves developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components, including:

Web applications (UI/UX, responsive design)

Backend services (APIs, business logic, interface via scripts, SFTP)

Database integration

Participate in solution design discussions and technical implementation planning.

Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of developed solutions.

Support UAT preparation and environment configuration, including parameter setup and data validation.

Perform system validation, smoke testing, and defect resolution during go-live.

Provide post-deployment stabilisation support.

Manage source code repositories (e.g., GitHub/Azure DevOps), including: Branching strategy (DEV/UAT/PRD)Code versioning and release control

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and audit requirements.

Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.

Support knowledge transfer and documentation of technical artefacts.
