Junior L2 Production Support

Location: Changi Business Park
Contract: 1 Year
Industry: Banking

Job Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application and production support for Java/J2EE applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues using SQL and Linux/Unix.
• Support web applications, batch jobs and production systems.
• Monitor incidents and resolve issues within SLA.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Application/Production Support experience, or Java Developers willing to move into a support role.
• Good knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL and Linux/Unix.
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBoss, MariaDB and Shell scripting.
• Banking industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, teamwork and ownership mindset.

Shift Requirement

Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Shift timings:

• 6am–3pm
• 9am–6pm
• 2pm–11pm
• 10pm–7am

Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
