Job Summary
You will manage and grow client relationships by delivering expert product knowledge and ensuring excellent service quality to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and sustain strong client relationships by identifying client needs and expanding business opportunities
Maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge to effectively upsell and support client business growth
Plan, track, and document key client action points and provide regular reports to management for informed decision-making
Deliver exceptional client communication and ensure smooth service operations to enhance client satisfaction
Drive achievement of forecasted sales targets through proactive client engagement and sales activities
Support service operations to ensure seamless delivery and client experience
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
