Live Host

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and engaging Live Host to host livestream sessions, showcase products, interact with audiences, and drive sales through engaging live content.

This is a hands-on opportunity within a growing regional retail and e-commerce business, with strong exposure to digital commerce, livestreaming, and consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sessions to promote products and drive sales.
• Present product features, benefits, promotions, and offers clearly and confidently.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and encourage audience participation.
• Create an engaging and positive shopping experience during livestreams.
• Prepare scripts and livestream content based on campaign objectives.
• Work closely with Marketing and Content teams to plan livestream activities.
• Monitor livestream performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
• Stay updated with social media, livestream, and e-commerce trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Live Hosting, Livestream Sales, Content Creation, or a related role.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, engaging, and able to interact naturally with audiences.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and social commerce.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work 100% on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during major campaign periods.
