岗位职责

  • Develop drawings and models using CAD and BIM software.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural,
  • Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals.
  • Coordinate and supervise plumbing and sanitary works
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations for improvement or rectification works when required.
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor maintenance progress, drawings, and other relevant documents related to building works.
  • Prepare and review quotations and maintenance records.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate with contractors
