We are looking for a meticulous Business Admin Executive to join Johor Bahru office and play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operation of the company with the Business Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Quotations, Invoicing, General bookkeeping
• Manage daily administrative operation and processes
• Client followups, chasers
• Keep well-organised files, records and databases of business activity
• Follow up on business communications, billing, and ordering
• Schedule and remind appointments, meetings and events

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Min 2 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in accounting software like Xero, QBO, or other similar solutions
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
• Strong interest in technology is a big plus!
