Job Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage 3D MEP BIM models using Revit.

• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with design, site, and subcontractor teams.

• Produce shop drawings, CSD (combined services drawings), and as-built model deliverables.

• Support site installation by providing accurate model extracts, sections, and visualisations.

• Ensure models comply with the project BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and LOD requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related discipline.

• Minimum 2–3 years of BIM experience; data centre or MEP project exposure is preferred.

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 is a plus.

• Good understanding of Hong Kong site practices and coordination workflows.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight schedules.
