Supports the execution of engagements for the Singtel account, with a focus on 5G mobile network evolution and the introduction of AI-driven capabilities.

The role acts as a coordination and execution interface between Singtel, internal engineering teams, and delivery units, ensuring alignment across 5G, network automation, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support technical engagements for the Singtel account under the guidance of a Senior Technical Engagement Manager and Senior Account Manager

Assist in gathering, clarifying, and documenting technical requirements related to  AI introduction and Autonomous Networks

Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams working on AI introduction and Autonomous Networks

Support initiatives related to AI introduction in the mobile network, including AI-driven optimization, assurance, and automation use cases

Track engagement milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items across 5G and AI-related workstreams

Support preparation of technical documentation, solution overviews, and progress reports for Singtel

Participate in technical workshops, design reviews, and alignment meetings internally and with Singtel stakeholders

Shadows Senior Account manager in main tasks and customer engagement activities, including ensuring delivery activities remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and customer expectations

Please note that this is a 6 months contract role for a temporary coverage for the role.
