Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• No prior live-streaming experience required.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
• Able to work from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Must be comfortable communicating with different people.
• Responsible, positive, and willing to learn.

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Live Moderator to support and manage our streamer team.

• Recruit and bring in 5–10 streamers to join the team.
• Guide new streamers through the onboarding process.
• Monitor and support streamers during their live-streaming activities.
• Communicate with streamers and maintain good relationships.
• Follow up with streamers to keep them active and engaged.
• Assist streamers with basic questions and concerns.
• Work towards recruitment and team performance targets.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
