Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery operations, including scheduling, routing, and execution with drivers and partners

• Liaise with vendors, including courier services (e.g. FedEx, DHL) and freight forwarders

• Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping documents, permits, and related paperwork

• Handle import and export processes, including coordination of shipments to overseas markets

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all logistics records and documentation

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and delivery operations
