Job Descriptions

• Develop and manage Regional/Site Logistics program, including freight expense management, selection, coordination and management of service providers (brokers and carriers), and functional oversight of team to support operational excellence, and maintain freight metrics.

• Responsible for working with the Costing teams to support an accurate material overhead (MOH) model, improve logistics efficiency and achieve the lowest landed cost.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration initiatives to enhance logistics processes, including, but not limited to value stream mapping, gap analysis, and supplier incoterms. Support DOF (Direct Order Fulfillment) and sustaining Service projects scoping, design, modeling, implementation.

• Support global logistics technology implementation and operational excellence to ensure cost effective and efficient movement of products. Drive BI Dashboard and KPI's to support continuous improvement.

• Support Customs & Trade Management and ESG activities, as necessary
