SUBJECT TEACHER - (Full-time/Part-time)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Education from a university or a registered Teacher qualification such as NIE Diploma or Post-Grad Diploma in Education, QTS or equivalent

At least 2-3 years’ experience in teaching

Passionate about education, nurturing and caring for students

Demonstrates exceptional work ethics and maintains high integrity

Displays a positive attitude when encountering challenges

Ability to be agile and work with ambiguity

Embrace growth mindset

JOB DETAILS:

• Organize and deliver the subject(s) curriculum and programs
• Plan lessons ang prepare learning materials and resources
• Provide a positive learning environment
• Ensure student’s well-being and safety
• Engage parents for feedback on students’ progress and gaps
• Monitor and document students’ learning progress and gaps
• Homeroom Teacher or Co-Homeroom Teacher
• ECA/CCA and student support
• Any other duties as assigned by the principal and management such as committees, projects, roadshows, fundraising etc.

Happy Family School of Excellence was born as a concept within the confines of a home-school support group composed of a circle of friends who wanted to survive the challenges of raising a family as migrants in Singapore. Knowing the need for their children to grow secured and confident in a loving and nurturing environment away from their home country, they set up a support system that became an educational safe place for their children.
