Company Description Insight Genesis – IGAi is an AI-driven platform that predicts human behavior to deliver personalized, actionable insights across finance, career, education, and health. By connecting data, behavior, and predictive AI, the company aims to solve the problem of fragmented and generic guidance, particularly in emerging and unbanked markets. Insight Genesis unifies four key verticals—financial services, human resources, education, and health and wellness—into one intelligent ecosystem. Through data-informed recommendations, the platform enhances recruitment, talent management, personal financial planning, educational choices, and health decisions. Team members contribute to a mission-focused environment that strives to improve life outcomes for individuals globally.

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in a variety of day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding documentation. The intern will help review and update HR policies, assist in tracking employee benefits and HR-related documentation, and contribute to personnel data management and reporting. Additional responsibilities may include preparing HR communications, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent collaboration via digital communication tools and a proactive approach to learning and contributing.
