Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Juniper Mist and Wi-Fi/Wireless networking. The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network and wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.

Manage and troubleshoot Juniper Mist wireless environments.

Configure and manage enterprise Wi-Fi/WLAN networks and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity.

Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, and authentication issues.

Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.

Perform network incident analysis and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.

Support WLAN configuration, SSIDs, security policies, and access control.

Work with network and infrastructure teams to resolve complex connectivity issues.

Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Participate in network upgrades, deployments, and infrastructure improvement activities.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience as a Network Engineer.

Hands-on experience with Juniper Mist / Mist AI / Mist Cloud.

Strong experience in Wi-Fi / Wireless / WLAN technologies.

Experience with enterprise wireless networks and Access Points.

Good knowledge of network troubleshooting and connectivity concepts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
