Job Summary
Drive buses primarily for school and worker trips, including occasional ad hoc assignments, ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers.
Responsibilities
Operate a bus safely and efficiently to transport school children and workers on scheduled routes
Manage ad hoc driving assignments as required to meet transportation needs
Maintain punctuality and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations during all trips
Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition
Communicate effectively with passengers and supervisors to provide reliable service
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 4 Bus Driver’s Vocational License (BDVL)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Have at least 1 year of bus driving experience
