岗位职责
We are seeking a results-oriented, research-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our global distributor network for automotive batteries and tyres. Your primary focus will be identifying, targeting, and onboarding high-potential regional distributors, wholesalers, and commercial partners through online research and cold outbound strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Market Intelligence:
Conduct online research to identify prospective B2B buyers, regional automotive parts wholesalers, fleet management suppliers, and tyre/battery distributors.
Outbound Business Development:
Initiate contact with C-level executives and procurement heads via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to present partnership proposals.
Distributor Onboarding:
Qualify leads, present product catalogues, negotiate pricing structures/MOQs, and close distributor agreements.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an active sales pipeline, track outreach metrics, and follow up consistently to convert prospects into active distributors.
Market Feedback:
Gather competitor insights, regional demand patterns, and market trends to refine sales pitches and product positioning.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2
–5 years of proven B2B sales/export sales experience, ideally within the automotive aftermarket, battery, or tyre industries.
Lead Generation Skills:
Demonstrated ability to independently source and qualify target accounts using online tools, directories, and trade databases.
Deal Closing:
Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales quotas and expanding B2B distribution footprints.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal negotiation skills in English.
Preferred / Added Qualifications
Proficiency in
Bahasa (Indonesia/Malaysia)
,
Vietnamese
, or
Spanish
to effectively engage target regional distributor networks.
Familiarity with global automotive trade.
The company contract manufactures Emtrac Brand Batteries & Tyres. These products are exported to 26 countries.
