Job summary

UrbanBridge Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Solutions Manager to design, price and implement practical warehouse and logistics solutions for new and existing clients.

The successful candidate will analyse client requirements, develop operating models and commercial proposals, and manage the implementation of new logistics projects. The role combines logistics solution design, operational improvement, project management and commercial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients’ warehouse, inventory, transport and fulfilment requirements.
• Design cost-effective logistics solutions, workflows and operating models.
• Conduct site assessments, process mapping, capacity analysis and productivity studies.
• Prepare manpower, equipment, space and implementation plans for client operations.
• Develop costing models, quotations, tender responses and commercial proposals.
• Work with management to assess contract feasibility, risk and profitability.
• Design warehouse layouts, storage processes and material-flow arrangements.
• Establish key performance indicators, service levels and operational-reporting methods.
• Lead the implementation and operational handover of new client projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, transport providers and operational teams.
• Review existing operations and recommend improvements in productivity, accuracy and cost.
• Monitor project timelines, implementation budgets and operational readiness.
• Prepare standard operating procedures and staff-training materials.
• Support client presentations, contract discussions and solution workshops.
• Maintain accurate project, costing and solution-design documentation.
• Implement the use of Ai to enchance workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics, warehousing or supply-chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing logistics or warehouse solutions.
• Experience in operational costing, commercial proposals and project implementation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, capacity planning and workforce productivity.
• Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and operational reporting.
• Experience with warehouse-management or inventory-management systems is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to travel to client locations within Singapore for assessments and implementations.
