About the job

Venari Solutions is hiring a Growth Intern to help grow our technology consulting and software business.

We help Malaysian businesses improve how they attract customers, manage operations and scale through websites, custom software, automation and practical AI solutions.

You will work directly with the founder on real growth initiatives—from identifying prospects and conducting outreach to creating content, proposals and go-to-market campaigns.

This is a hands-on role. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, receive direct feedback and see how your work contributes to actual business opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Research potential customers, industries and market opportunities

• Identify relevant decision-makers and build prospect lists

• Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp

• Create social media content, case studies and sales materials

• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and product demos

• Help improve our positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy

• Track prospects and follow-up activities in our CRM

• Review campaign results and suggest practical improvements

• Experiment with AI tools to improve research, content and outreach workflows

• Join selected customer conversations and learn how business problems become technology solutions

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with new people and conducting outreach

• Curious about technology, software, automation and AI

• Resourceful, organised and responsible with follow-ups

• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, LinkedIn, CRM platforms or AI tools is an advantage

• Proficiency in English is required; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage
