Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our design team on MEP/electrical projects. You'll manage the full design lifecycle — from concept and calculations to client-facing technical coordination — while mentoring a team of engineers.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers on drawings, calculations, and submissions
• Oversee project design, specifications, scheduling, and resourcing
• Provide design support across HT/LT/ELV/ICA electrical services
• Represent the company at technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities (incl. FAT/SAT)
• Review and approve calculation reports and technical documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Registered PE or LEW
• 5–10 years of relevant design experience (Power Electronics HV/MV/LT/ELV/ICA, schematics & layout, cable assembly design)
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM/3D design knowledge a plus
• Strong written and spoken English
• Prior experience in construction project management
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working across engineering, technical, and project teams
• Salary: From S$7,000/month, commensurate with experience

Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
