Job Summary

Coordinate and manage project schedules, site arrangements, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely completion of renovation and interior fit-out projects. Monitor progress, prepare documentation, and resolve site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, delivery timelines, and site arrangements to meet project requirements

Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management for informed decision-making

Prepare accurate work orders, project documents, and progress reports to support project tracking

Follow up on site issues promptly and assist in resolving problems to maintain project momentum

Coordinate measurements, material deliveries, and installation schedules to align with project timelines

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet specified quality and client requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred

Basic knowledge of renovation and interior fit-out industry preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic project documentation

Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

Responsible with a proactive approach to follow up closely on project progress
