Perform chemical, mechanical, dimensional, and visual inspections and testing to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Conduct inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products.
Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and other quality-related documentation.
Identify, report, and follow up on non-conforming materials, products, or processes to ensure timely resolution.
Support customer witness inspections, quality audits, and product verification activities when required.
Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS).
Adhere to company procedures, customer requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or a related manufacturing environment.
Minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to communicate in basic English, both spoken and written, for quality documentation and coordination with internal teams, customers, and overseas counterparts.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
