Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Deliver professional beauty/wellness treatments while consistently achieving personal sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at every visit.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Perform professional skin/wellness analysis and provide appropriate advice and treatment recommendations.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained in accordance with the Company's cleanliness and safety standards.

Handle, maintain, and ensure the proper upkeep of outlet equipment and treatment machines.

Adhere strictly to all treatment protocols, operating procedures, and Company guidelines.

Carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Possession of a recognized professional beauty certification will be an added advantage.

Passionate about beauty, customer service, and delivering quality treatments.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Well-groomed with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
