Job Summary

The role is responsible for performing quality checks and packing fresh goods while ensuring proper handling and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities

Handle fresh goods carefully to prevent damage during processing and packing

Inspect fresh goods for quality and freshness to ensure only suitable products are packed

Sort and pack fresh goods accurately to maintain product standards and support inventory accuracy

Maintain clean, neat, and organized work areas to promote safety and efficiency

Follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth goods flow and accurate inventory counts

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possess a forklift license to assist with material handling tasks (preferred, not essential)

Ability to stand for prolonged periods to perform packing and inspection duties

Ability to work effectively in a cold room environment to handle temperature-sensitive goods

Keen visual attention to detail for quality inspection
