Job Description

• Supervise kitchen, canteen and cleaning operations.
• Lead and coordinate a team of workers.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain service quality and workplace standards.
• Assign daily duties and work schedules to workers.
• Monitor attendance, performance and work quality.
• Conduct site checks and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle operational issues and report to management.
• Liaise with clients regarding daily work requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience in kitchen, canteen, cleaning or food service operations.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workers.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
