Salary:
$2,300 – $2,800 per month
Working Days:
Monday – Friday, 5-day work week
Working Hours:
8:30am – 6:00pm

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement of materials, supplies and other company requirements.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, availability and delivery requirements.
Request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers where required.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain proper purchasing documentation.
Follow up closely with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and supplies are delivered according to operational requirements.
Monitor outstanding orders and resolve delivery, quantity or quality discrepancies with suppliers.
Maintain and update supplier information, pricing and purchasing records.
Assist with inventory and purchasing-related administrative duties when required.
Perform other procurement-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain will be advantageous.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with suppliers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling purchasing documentation.
Organised, responsible and able to follow up independently.
Candidates without extensive experience but with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
