PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CREW

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors with enquiries
Provide information on attractions, facilities and programmes
Conduct ticketing and admission checks
Assist with events, activities and visitor programmes
Support crowd management and maintain smooth visitor flow
Respond appropriately to accidents and emergencies when required
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Help ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors

Job Requirements

Customer service, hospitality, retail or events experience is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with members of the public
Responsible and able to remain calm in different situations
Able to work in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment
Training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience
