Looking for a hands-on technical role where you can work with machinery, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement? Join our team as a Production Technician and gain valuable experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot machine and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement improvement measures to enhance production efficiency.

Analyse recurring equipment problems and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

️ Support machine model changes, including equipment setup, machine checks, and quality confirmation after each changeover.

️ Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for assigned production areas, while identifying opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency.

Ensure production and maintenance activities comply with relevant standards, QA/QC requirements, specifications, and ISO procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Basic knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, materials, and mechanical or pneumatic systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
