Responsibilities
- Execute fab engineering change quality/ reliability control activities
- Response for Fab quality goal execution result summary/ analysis and co-work with fab for continuous improvement.
- Execute the internal audit for section quality documentation and record.
- Execute fab process quality audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
- Response for fab major event handling and follow up action items/ validation to close the event
- Perform process technology transfer release audit and CAR tracing/ implementation follow up.
- Perform routine customer quality report preparation
- Perform customer RMA (field returned from end customer) sample returned handling, investigation and track actions for CAPA.
- Summarize Fab Gate Oxide C-V monitor monitoring results, abnormal improvement, and product quality tracking
- Execute Best Known Method validation from VIS fabs or TSMC
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of prior experience in the field of semiconductor in Quality Assurance function.
- Possess strong analytical skills with experience in quality control methodologies, including 8D knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and task-management skills
- Certified internal auditor
- Proactive and have the ability to multi-task
