We have built a complete "Technology + Data + Finance" closed-loop ecosystem. Sales professionals are fully supported by dedicated pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams throughout the entire deal-closing process. You will never have to handle project execution alone, ensuring significantly higher deal-closing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Select devices and interpret specifications for sensors, gateways, AI cameras, smart personnel positioning devices, vehicle safety devices and building automation equipment.
Support device onboarding, protocols such as Modbus and MQTT, platform configuration, alerts and data transmission; test software and hardware together.
Prepare implementation notes, wiring and point schedules, test plans and as-built documents; support acceptance and post-sales troubleshooting.
Visit Hong Kong sites or plant rooms occasionally for installation guidance, commissioning, testing and fault diagnosis, following site safety requirements.
Coordinate suppliers, electrical and ELV contractors and software teams; maintain device registers, firmware records and troubleshooting notes.
Job Requirements :
Higher diploma, associate degree or above in Electronics, Automation, IoT, Computer Engineering,Building Services or a related field.
Fresh graduates welcome. Foundation in digital or analogue circuits, device interfaces or protocols such as Modbus, MQTT and TCP/IP.
Able to read datasheets, wiring diagrams and basic point schedules, and record test results and issues clearly.
Comfortable with occasional site and plant-room work and able to follow site safety requirements.
Able to communicate with clients, site personnel and contractors in Cantonese, English or Mandarin and work from our Yau Ma Tei office and Hong Kong sites.
An advantage if you have :
AI or computer vision knowledge, such as YOLO object detection; camera streams, edge inference or integrating AI outputs with IoT platforms.
Experience with Python, C/C++, C# or embedded software and hardware development; internships or bcourse projects in smart buildings, building automation, cameras, personnel positioning, vehicle safety or ELV systems are a plus.
