Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our global expansion and strengthen our market presence in the fintech payment solutions space. This role will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and positioning our company as the preferred partner for interbank and cross-border payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Global Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in new markets and regions
• Channel Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and technology partners
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified prospects

Client Relationship Management

• Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Client Success: Monitor client health, address concerns, and identify opportunities for account expansion
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
• Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities

Sales & Marketing Support

• Sales Materials Development: Create compelling brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collateral
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and technical specifications for prospects
• Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
• Industry Thought Leadership: Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events

Pre-Sales Consultation

• Solution Architecture: Work closely with technical teams to design customized payment solutions for prospects
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points
• Proof of Concept: Coordinate and manage proof-of-concept implementations

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA preferred but not required
• This position will put focus in development business in Australia and New Zealand region, educational background and work experience in this region is highly desirable
• Preferrable with experience in business development, sales, or account management in the fintech, banking, or payment industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client relationships
• Experience with enterprise software sales and B2B sales cycles
