·      10+ years of experience in software development,engineering management, and enterprise application delivery.

·      Lead software engineering activities for publicsector ICT projects, ensuring quality, governance, compliance, and delivery.

·      Strong technical expertise in C#, Microsoft SQLServer, Azure Cloud Services, and REST APIs.

·      Manage the complete SDLC across Agile/Hybridmethodologies, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

·      Strong experience in software architecture,design governance, system integration, and technical documentation.

·      Hands-on knowledge of IBM MQ and IBM App ConnectEnterprise (ACE) for enterprise application integration.

·      Ensure engineering processes align with ISO9001, ISO/IEC 12207, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards.

·      Drive DevSecOps, secure SDLC, vulnerabilitymanagement, risk assessment, and cybersecurity compliance.

·      Oversee QA, testing, defect management,root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

·      Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQLreporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.

·      Lead technical reviews and collaborate withvendors, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and QA teams.

·      Public Sector project experiencepreferred; ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise/Geospatial experience and relevantBachelor's/Master's Degree are advantageous.
